Propriété de l’application Portail e-Solutions et des données

L’Application et les données mises à disposition de l’utilisateur sont la propriété exclusive d’AXA Corporate Solutions, elles sont protégées par le droit français et international relatif au droit d’auteur et de la propriété intellectuelle et industrielle, et au droit des marques. En conséquence, l’utilisateur bénéficie seulement d’un droit d’usage professionnel interne à son entreprise à l’exclusion de tout autre droit.

En ce qui concerne les données personnelles contenues dans cette application et plus généralement toute donnée faisant l’objet d’une protection spécifique l’utilisateur s’engage au strict respect du droit français, et international relatif à la protection de ces données. Les données de l’application sont des données techniques ou économiques fournies à titre informatif et non susceptibles de générer des obligations contractuelles de quelle que nature que ce soit.

En dépit de l’attention particulière portée à la qualité du service fourni par AXA Corporate Solutions l’interruption provisoire ou définitive de l’accès au portail, une omission ou inexactitude dans les données fournies pourraient néanmoins survenir. De plus, AXA Corporate Solutions se réserve le droit de modifier le Portail e-Solutions et son contenu à tout moment. Dans ces hypothèses, la responsabilité d’AXA Corporate Solutions ne pourra en aucun cas être engagée à l’égard de l’utilisateur et ce quelle que soit la nature des préjudices invoqués. Vos interlocuteurs habituels chez AXA Corporate Solutions sont à votre disposition pour vous apporter toute explication utile sur les données présentant d’éventuelles difficultés d’interprétation.

L’utilisateur a librement accès au portail. Toutefois, l’accès aux services et aux informations ciblées et privées est sécurisé. L’utilisateur a donc besoin d’un mot de passe pour y accéder.

AXA Corporate Solutions conserve la possibilité de suspendre l’accès à l’Application sans préavis en cas de :

• Non-respect par l’utilisateur des termes de la présente notice tels que :
  • Détournement ou tentative de détournement de l’usage du portail et/ou des applications spécifiques.
  • Détournement ou tentative de détournement des données contenues dans le Portail.
  • Accès ou tentative d’accès aux fichiers et données réservés à AXA Corporate Solutions ou aux autres utilisateurs.
• Litige sur le Portail ou l’interprétation de la présente notice jusqu’à ce qu’une solution découlant d’une décision amiable ou judiciaire soit trouvée.

Il est précisé que les litiges résultant de l’application de la présente notice et plus généralement de l’usage du portail sont soumis au droit français et de la compétence des juridictions françaises.

Modification de l’application ou usage non conforme

L’utilisateur dispose d’un outil « clé en main » qu’il ne peut modifier ou détourner.

• Il s’engage à ne pas chercher à avoir accès aux fichiers d’AXA Corporate Solutions ou d’autres utilisateurs.
• Il s’engage à ne pas copier, distribuer, afficher, ou utiliser tout texte, graphique, code du logiciel, élément de conception, interface utilisateur ou logo de l’application.
• Il s’engage à une stricte utilisation professionnelle de l’application.

Ownership information

The e-Solutions Portal application as well as all data accessed by the user are the exclusive property of AXA Corporate Solutions and are protected by French and international law regarding copyright, intellectual and industrial property, and trademarks. Consequently, access is provided to users uniquely in their capacity as employees of their respective companies and exclusively for professional use.

Users of the e-Solutions Portal undertake to comply with all provisions of French and international law concerning the protection of personal data as well as any other data enjoying specific protection contained within this application. The economic or business-related data contained within the application are provided for informational purposes only and may not be construed as implying contractual obligations of any kind.

Although AXA Corporate Solutions makes every effort to ensure a superior quality of service, and to provide accurate and timely information, temporary or definitive interruptions in service, as well as inadvertent omissions or inaccuracies in the data supplied, may occur. In addition, AXA Corporate Solutions reserves the right to make changes or corrections in the content of the e-Solutions Portal at any time, without notice. In no event shall AXA Corporate Solutions be held liable by the user for any damages of any kind arising out of or in any way connected with such omissions or inaccuracies, modifications, or interruptions in service.

All users may access the entrance page of the portal. However, secure access is provided to targeted and private information and services. Consequently, you will need a password, attributed by AXA Corporate Solutions, in order to access these portal features.

AXA Corporate Solutions reserves the right to discontinue access to the application by a particular user in the event of:

• Failure to comply with the terms and conditions of the present guidelines, as evidenced by:

Access to the e-Solutions Portal is provided on a “turnkey” basis; the tool is not to be modified or misused. As an e-Solutions Portal user, you undertake to:

• Refrain from attempting to access AXA Corporate Solutions’ files or those of other users.
• Refrain from copying, distributing, displaying or making use of any text, graphical element, software code, design element, user interface, logo contained in the application.
• Use the application exclusively for professional purposes.
